One of the often overlooked losses experienced by those who are long term residents of a Skilled Nursing Facility is the loss of a worshipping community. For many residents, church was a regular part of their weekly routine.

Advent serves nursing home residents with worship services.

On the second and fourth Monday of each month, members of Advent's nursing home ministry provide a worship service at Eliza Jennings Skilled Nursing Facility on Detroit Road in Cleveland. The service includes singing, a message, and Holy Communion.
